FlutiKart in Clinical Context
FlutiKart is Earkart's fluticasone furoate nasal spray, developed for the management of allergic rhinitis as part of a focused ENT product portfolio. Each metered spray delivers fluticasone furoate 27.5 mcg, an intranasal corticosteroid, in a 120-dose presentation designed for consistent, physician-directed use.
Allergic rhinitis is one of the most frequently encountered conditions in ENT and general practice in India. It is typically associated with sneezing, nasal itching, rhinorrhoea and nasal obstruction, and is often triggered by exposure to allergens such as dust, pollen and environmental pollutants. Because symptoms can be persistent and can affect sleep, concentration and daily comfort, structured medical management matters more than ad-hoc symptomatic relief.
Intranasal corticosteroids such as fluticasone furoate are an established part of how physicians approach allergic rhinitis. The appropriate choice of therapy, duration of use and review of response are clinical decisions — which is why FlutiKart is a prescription product, to be used only under the advice of a Registered Medical Practitioner. Earkart does not position FlutiKart for self-medication.
Within the Earkart ENT range, FlutiKart sits alongside FlutiKart OX for allergic rhinitis with prominent nasal congestion, OxyKart for short-term congestion relief, NasoKart for daily saline nasal hygiene, and MonteKart FX tablets — giving ENT specialists, hospitals and distribution partners a coherent, specialist-led allergy and nasal-care portfolio manufactured at a WHO-GMP certified facility.
